Robots Bandanna

Some robotic friends have arrived to reboot the Canteen bandanna. 🤖 Canteen established the Robots Service in 2018 as part of our suite of programs and services providing support to young patients impacted by cancer. Canteen’s ‘telepresence’ robots use video-conferencing technology that allows young people to attend school from their hospital bed, talk to peers and, perhaps most importantly, achieve a sense of normality and lower their feelings of isolation.
